CLWN104-11’ Stilted Clown w. Balloons - All electric fully articulated Stilted Clown stands 11’ tall. Character requires no
air, no controllers and only 1.3 amps of electrical power, open the box plug it into the wall and you’ve got a fully articulating character. Movements include head, chest, independent arms, and torso pivot.
