By placing an order with The Scarefactory, Inc., you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipping costs are never included in the wholesale price of our products as we never know where in the world they will end up.\u00a0 Shipping costs are therefore put out to bid to various carriers and these costs are approved by customer and added to customers Invoice for payment along with any remaining balances prior to shipping.<\/p>\n

Shipping Charges are not refundable.<\/p>\n

Terms & Conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Standard lead\/build times will be prominently displayed on your order confirmation.\u00a0 If you require a specific \u201cdelivery by date\u201d, please coordinate this with us at time of order so that this can be agreed to and documented on your Order confirmation.<\/p>\n

Expedited and Rush services are available at an additional cost of 20% of the order value.<\/p>\n

All products are guaranteed against manufacturers defect for 30 days from date of delivery.<\/p>\n

Product damage claims must be made via email to Scarefactory@msn.com within 2 days of delivery.<\/p>\n

As each product is handmade to order website photos and videos may vary from actual product images,<\/p>\n

finished product photos\/videos may be requested by client prior to shipping for validation.<\/p>\n

Order Cancellation and Returns:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

All products are custom made to order.\u00a0 We therefore require a 50% deposit to build your order, remaining balance plus shipping charges shall be due and payable prior to shipping.<\/p>\n

Should you need to cancel your order after our work has commenced and prior to your product shipping out, your order shall be subject to a 50% restocking fee of the full wholesale value of the items ordered.\u00a0 It may be possible to convert all or a portion of this fee into a product credit towards substitutable items, this determination shall be subject to approvable at the discretion of The Scarefactory, Inc.<\/p>\n

Customized products are non-returnable.<\/p>\n

Standard products may be returned within 5 days of receiving product and there will be a 50% restocking fee of the full wholesale value of the items ordered.\u00a0 It may be possible to convert all or a portion of this fee into a product credit towards substitutable items, this determination shall be subject to approvable at the discretion of The Scarefactory, Inc.<\/p>\n
